It has a perimeter skirt which runs around the 62 configuration and the 88 configuration with 4 monster leaves. This table is not for the average homeowner, but if you're looking for exceptional size , quality, traditional design and super price points this might be the only table to truly consider. The table has a walnut medallion in the center of the field. Council Craftsman is the only company I know that builds a table like this with an apron around the outside of both configurations and that table sells for about 13 to 15k in showrooms.. This table, even at this price, is an absolute steal and it is available through our cost effective warehouse for pennies on the dime. Sturdy? You bet. This pedestal base would handle any poker or superbowl Sunday crowd . A very serious table for unique circumstances.
