54-inch round mahogany dining table with 2 leaves.  This table is part of our 'Custom Fit Classics' collection. This table features custom brass forged hardware, pie cut mahogany field, satinwood border, inlaid black and white separator and an overbuilt and very sturdy Duncan Phyfe style birdcage pedestal.  Steel reinforced saber legs terminating in custom forged tarnished brass feet.  These tables are being manufactured exclusively for our store and you will not find them anywhere else. This table was designed from the ground up to satisfy our client base. It is a precise, traditionally made high end 18th century style table.  The solid brass foot caps were made in-house using a technique called ’lost wax casting'.  These brass foot caps are widely acceptable and simply classic. The brass feet are also fitted with threaded levels so you'll never be stuck with a wobbly table.    The table halves and leaves lock into place with handmade cam buckles.  The loose buckles (when not is use) are held in a snug position under the table by smartly placed hardware.  
The traditional solid oak table slides open this table to a large 54inch deep by 90inch wide oval table and it accepts two 18-inch leaves (included).  You can use 1 or 2 leaves. Two traditional Hepplewhite style drop down legs will hold this table safe and sound during a robust dinner party.  The Hepplewhite legs are mounted on slides so you can easily pull them out from under the pedestal but once they are in their upright positions, they will slide further under the table to make room for legs. Brilliant!
