Fine antique reproduction Empire-style bow-front sideboard with brass mounts. Constructed as a solid, dense, and heavy cabinet, it features richly figured mahogany and burl-style door panels. Two oval inlaid door panels are flanked by upright columns with brass collars, and the top is finished with brass edging. Solid brass bun feet, characteristic of the Empire period, support the cabinet. The sideboard features four locking doors with a heavy-duty key. Behind each door is a storage compartment with adjustable shelves. Each shelf rests securely on heavy-duty screw-in pins for added strength and stability.
