The rotating apron operates on a central axis guided by runout wheels and rises on adjustable ball-bearing supports, allowing the apron to align flush with the tabletop in both closed and open positions. The top is constructed with a radial veneer layout, centered by a brass indexing detail with additional triangular brass inlays marking segment alignment. The edge profile is straight with sharp, clean transitions, reinforcing a simplified, contemporary interpretation of a traditional form.
