Four-poster king bed, dark wood king bed with pinstripe inlay, adjustable posters, and adjustable box spring height, an AP Exclusive by AntiquePurveyor. This is a quality designer-grade antique reproduction king-size poster bed. It is a very heavy and sturdy bed frame. The side rails lock into the headboard and footboard with significant hardware. The center of the bed has a stainless steel adjustable support leg.  The posters at the footboard were designed to offer the homeowner different height options, it can be finished with full height posters, short posters. hand-carved pineapple finials or simple brass caps. Aesthetically, this bed was designed for gold accents but the gold accents remain optional. The hand-carved architectural trim along the headboard, the acanthus leaf-carved posters, and pineapple finials were all designed to accept gold accents.  In some of the pictures, you’ll notice some gold accents but by default, we ship this bed with no gold accents.
