Transitional round-back dining room chairs. A French-inspired, modernized round back chair with fewer carvings than a traditional Louis XVI style chair. They feature saber rear legs and coordinate with Duncan Phyfe-style dining tables. These chairs have a medium brown, syrupy color finish. They are upholstered in a stain-resistant linen fabric. These chairs might also be available with leather upholstery and brass nails, but inventory may be limited.
These chairs come with a durable, stain-resistant fabric in a widely acceptable neutral linen color. Many pictures show this chair with COM material, which adds to the cost. We can help design a chair around your space, like we did for this client, or you can send fabrics to our studio. We did these powder blue, linen and bronze floral chairs to match the walls, the case molding, and the floors of an existing space. These chairs are pictured in a Historic NY Victorian. The table and corner cabinets might also be available. Here is a link to the table, here is a link to the china cabinet.
